When someone asks AI who to use,
are you the answer?
Your customers have stopped scrolling ten blue links. They ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity — and act on the first three names they hear. Nusan tells you whether you're one of them, who's being named instead, and exactly what to change.

Search didn't die. It just stopped sending you traffic.
When an assistant answers a question directly, there is no results page to rank on. There is one short list of names. You are on it or you are not — and nobody tells you which.
You cannot see it
Analytics show a visit that happened. They cannot show the recommendation you never got, in a conversation you were never part of.
Someone else is named
The assistants always answer. If they don't know you, they confidently recommend a competitor — often the same two or three, every time.
Rankings don't transfer
Page one on Google is no guarantee. Assistants weight sources differently — clear, structured, well-cited pages beat well-optimised ones.
We ask the questions your customers ask.
Then we read every answer the way a customer would — and score what we find.
Tell us who you are
Business name, what you do, where you work. Takes about thirty seconds.
We write the questions
Real buying questions for your trade and your town — discovery, comparison, problem, cost. Never your name: we're testing unprompted recall.
We ask every assistant
The same questions go to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, on a schedule, so you can see movement rather than a one-off snapshot.
You get a score and a to-do list
Were you named? How high? How were you described? Who beat you? Then the specific changes that will shift it — not "improve your SEO".
What a result looks like
Named 1st"Who's the best joiner in Mansfield for a fitted wardrobe?"
Everything you need to actually move the needle.
A single visibility score
One number from 0–100 that blends how often you are named, how high you appear, and how you are described. Tracked over time so you can prove progress.
The competitor league table
We detect which businesses get named instead of you, and how often. Add them as tracked rivals and watch the gap close.
Recommendations, not platitudes
Every fix is grounded in your actual results — the questions you missed and the sources the assistants cited.
Your own questions too
We generate a sensible starting set. Add the exact phrasing you know your customers use.
A weekly email that says something
Score, movement, who overtook you, and the one thing to do this week. Readable on a phone in ten seconds.

Fair questions.
Is this just SEO with a new name?
No. SEO optimises for a ranked list of links. This measures whether a model names you in a sentence. The inputs overlap — clear content, citations, third-party mentions — but what gets rewarded is different, and you cannot see it in any analytics tool you already own.
Do the answers change every time you ask?
Yes, somewhat — these models are probabilistic. That is exactly why a one-off check is close to useless and we scan on a schedule. The trend across a dozen questions and four assistants is stable and meaningful even when any single answer is not.
How do you know it is really my business being named?
We match on your trading name, any aliases you add, your domain and the domain root — with word boundaries, so "Ash Interiors" is not triggered by the word "cash". You can see the full answer behind every result and check for yourself.
What if I have no online presence at all?
Then you will score close to zero, and the recommendations will be the fundamentals — the pages, listings and citations that need to exist before any assistant can name you. That is still useful: it is a costed to-do list rather than a guess.
Can my web agency use this for clients?
Yes — the Agency plan tracks 15 businesses with white-label PDF reports. Nusan is built by dijitul, a UK agency, largely because we wanted it ourselves.
Is my data safe, and where is it held?
Your account data sits on a UK-region server. We send your questions to the AI providers to get answers — that is the product — but we never send customer lists, personal data or anything beyond the business details you enter. See the privacy page for the detail.
